- March 2000: In the wake of the Region of Waterloo's no-smoking bylaw, The Bombshelter and other Federation of Students businesses go smoke-free.
- 2002: Patio renovations expand Bombshelter's capacity.
- January 2003: The Bars were closed in a dispute between the University and the FEDS.
